We are looking for a brand new Administrative and Finance Assitant here at Witham BB!

Part Time Administrative & Finance Assistant 12 hours per week. 

Job Summary: Reporting to the Programme Manager and Board of Trustees, working as part of a team you will assist with the production of day to day Accounts reconciliation, banking monies creating annual accounts for the Charity Commission as well as being responsible for updating the OBM (Online Brigade Manager) membership database. You will also assist with internal audits tasks, individual projects within the department and assist with coordinating a communication strategy via phone, voicemail, email and social media.
